Khatia Buniatishvili Concert in the Woods Debussy Kancheli Brahms

I have had little success at getting people to listen to Khatia playing Debussy’s Clair de lune, why I cannot say as it is a beautiful piece that she plays beautifully. However I will try again from her Concert in the Woods hopefully with better luck, combined with Giya Kancheli’s “Wenn Mandeln bluhen” (“When almonds bloom”) from the film by Lana Gogoberidze which also featured on Khatia’s Motherland album. As a bonus I have included Johannes Brahms’s Intermezzo Op. 117 No.2 in B-Flat Minor, all three pieces however form a perfect mood for the setting, though the critic in me would have banished the audience, the stage and the mics and while I was at it found a prettier glade in the woods.
